There’s a lot of ground for me to cover in today’s The Money Factory review, but I figured I’d start-out by discussing the brand’s flagship welcome bonus – which is what you’ll set eyes on first when you come to register with the site.

It’s top The Money Factory ratings from me on the payment options front here, too. MasterCard, VISA and Amex are all supported – and you can also pay with Skrill. Better yet, GC and bonus SC tend to be awarded immediately once your transaction clears.

Some The Money Factory reviews have criticized the site for not offering a live chat button, or a US telephone hotline – but this didn’t bother me one jot, and I’ve a feeling you’ll find the support options that are available here more than adequate, too.

Whenever you see the words “Customer Support” anywhere in the site’s web content, you can click them to automatically pop-open an email to the team and can expect a response within… 10 days or less.

Granted, this isn’t great, but keep in mind the site has 95.8k followers on Instagram, and their team can be DM-d directly over there, too. When I went down this avenue, they responded in a couple of hours. Oh, and I found that Facebook and X chat are also available.
