Tom Aspinhall – The strong favorite to retain the title
This might be Tom Aspinall’s first defence as the undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion. However, he’s held the interim title since November 2023, when he knocked out Sergei Pavlovich in 1 minute 9 seconds at UFC 295.
He has since defended his interim title once at UFC 305 in a highly anticipated rematch against Curtis Blaydes. Unsurprisingly, he goes into this fight as a strong favorite at 1.27 odds.
Cyril Gane – A strong contender
UFC 321 will be a long-awaited second shot at the UFC heavyweight title for Gane. He was defeated by the now-returned former champion by submission in March 2023.
Since then, Gane has won his last two fights, following his TKO defeat of Serghei Spivac with a narrow decision win against Alexander Volkov. He’s a strong contender with a Maui Thai fighting style, but it looks like a second title loss looms for the 3.95 longshot underdog.

UFC 321: Aspinhall vs Gane odds and betting tips
We’re almost certain that Aspinhall will win this fight, but at 1.27 odds with most UFC betting sites, a straight win bet is hardly worth a punt. Given Aspinhall’s penchant for knock-out punch wins (his last three fights have ended this way), a KO/TKO bet looks like the way to go.
However, the price for this is still a bit too short at 1.91 odds. To add value, we need to look at the round in which Aspinhall will knock out Gane.
All three of Aspinhall’s recent KO punch wins have happened in the first round. While Gane is a slightly more formidable opponent, we still fancy the British fighter to repeat his recent results.
On most of our top-rated online bookies, you can get an Aspinhall Round 1 win by KO as a combo bet for odds in and around the 4.72 mark. This, for us, looks like the best way to bet on this fight.
